Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were wonderful with comfy beds, but there was a musty smell on a separate level. The service, except for Wayne in the restaurant, was disappointing despite some helpful gestures from the staff. The location was superb, close to popular markets and street food. The dining experience, although good, could be improved compared to other places. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with some areas needing attention.
