Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were wonderful with comfy beds, but there was a musty smell on a separate level. The service, except for Wayne in the restaurant, was disappointing despite some helpful gestures from the staff. The location was superb, close to popular markets and street food. The dining experience, although good, could be improved compared to other places. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with some areas needing attention.
The hotel room was smaller than expected with only an internal window, making it dark and noisy due to sounds traveling from different floors. The photos shown did not match the reality of the rooms.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and nice, but the lack of soundproofing made it quite loud when people were in the hall. The internal window in my room was unexpected and made it feel smaller than I had hoped.
